The first thing to pay attention to in outdoor lcd displays is heat dissipation. Usually, considering the weather, we do not recommend that the air inlet of customers go from bottom to top. Because the air inlet is very close to the surface, the surface temperature is too high in summer. It is hot air, and it does not play a good role in heat dissipation. It is recommended that the air inlet should be placed on the top of the case, and the air outlet should be designed below. The heat dissipation generally includes intelligent temperature control air conditioner heat dissipation, air cooling heat dissipation, water cooling heat dissipation and heat dissipation material heat dissipation. However, the latter three heat dissipation methods only consider the heat dissipation in summer and do not consider the low temperature maintenance in winter. Although the water cooling simply considers the low temperature maintenance in winter, it is easy to cause water mist to corrode the board components. Therefore, the heat dissipation method needs to be comprehensively studied.
The secondary concern of outdoor lcd displays is protection against ultraviolet radiation. The surface of the LCD screen is black, which collects heat and absorbs light. The working principle of the screen is due to the flipping of the liquid crystal molecules to display the screen. Once the surface of the screen absorbs too much heat, the liquid crystal molecules will be burned when the surface temperature is too high. The initial phenomenon is the middle. Part of it shows a circular arc-shaped black circle, which radiates and expands from time to time. It can be restored after power failure in a short time, and it will cause permanent burns on the LCD screen in a long time. Therefore, even if the screen body is not made to be highlighted, it is necessary to pay attention to the UV protection of the LCD screen when using it in the sun.Waterproof, dustproof and anti-glare, explosion-proof and lightning-proof, graffiti anti-theft disposal, etc.
Return air in front of the screen. That is, a certain space should be reserved between the waterproof glass of the casing and the glass of the LCD screen to maintain the ventilation circulation in front of the screen and behind the screen. Since it is assumed that the glass surface of the LCD screen cannot be ventilated, the ultraviolet radiation received by the glass surface of the LCD screen and the heat accumulation generated by the LCD screen itself will inevitably lead to the shortcomings of the LCD screen. It is recommended that the distance between the waterproof glass of the casing and the liquid crystal glass be 2-3mm, and drilling holes should be drilled to maintain ventilation circulation in front of the screen and behind the screen.
